Where to find it

Follow this path in your workspace

Automation → Workflows → Create Workflow

Visual guide: Select 1 in the left menu, then use 2 to begin. Labels can vary slightly as your workspace receives updates.

Step by step

  1. 01

Open Automation, then Workflows, and choose Build using AI, Browse Templates or Create Workflow from scratch.

  2. 02

Name the workflow for its outcome, select Add New Trigger and choose the event that should enroll a record; add optional filters to make the entry rule precise.

  3. 03

Review workflow settings such as re-entry, then add actions in the order they should run, including messages, record updates, assignments, waits and branches.

  4. 04

Use test mode with a fresh controlled contact, inspect each step and confirm stop conditions; a draft workflow will not run for live records.

  5. 05

Save your changes, switch from Draft to Publish, run one live test and use execution history or version history when troubleshooting later.
