Where to find it

Follow this path in your workspace

Automation → Workflows → Create Workflow

Visual guide: Select 1 in the left menu, then use 2 to begin. Labels can vary slightly as your workspace receives updates.

Step by step

  1. 01

Write the journey in plain language: entry event, customer promise, owner and finish condition.

  2. 02

Choose one precise trigger and add filters that prevent the wrong records from entering.

  3. 03

Add actions in small groups with intentional waits between customer messages.

  4. 04

Create goals or exit rules so completed customers do not receive irrelevant follow-up.

  5. 05

Publish only after testing a normal path, a missing-data path and a stop condition.

Small details that make this work better

  • Name workflows by outcome, not by internal shorthand.
  • Avoid overlapping workflows that send the same message.
