Follow this path in your workspace

Contacts → Smart Lists → Import Contacts

Visual guide: Select 1 in the left menu, then use 2 to begin. Labels can vary slightly as your workspace receives updates.

Step by step

    Make a backup of the original file and work from a copy.

    Use one header row and one person per row, with phone numbers and emails in consistent formats.

    Create any required custom fields before starting the import.

    Upload the CSV, map every important column and select the correct duplicate-handling option.

  5. 05

    Import a small sample first, review the resulting records, then process the remaining rows.
