Step by step

Add a dedicated sending domain or subdomain and copy the requested DNS records to your domain provider.

Wait for verification, then set a recognizable sender name and reply-to inbox.

Send test messages to multiple providers and check the sender, links and mobile layout.

Monitor delivery, bounce and complaint signals before increasing volume.
